Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Laura Rosenthal joined the firm in 2013. Ms. Rosenthal represents injured workers before the Worker’s Compensation Appeals Board. She appears in civil court on employment discrimination matters.
Ms. Rosenthal has more than 20 years’ experience working in a variety of legal positions in Colorado and Sonoma County. She is a member of the California Bar Association, Sonoma County Bar Association, Sonoma County Women in Law, and California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA). Ms. Rosenthal is a committee member of the Women’s Caucus of CAAA, is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association’s Archives Committee, and is on the Advisory Board of the Women’s Global Leadership Initiative. She is a member of the Education Committee of the North Bay Workers’ Compensation Association.
Ms. Rosenthal is an adjunct professor of law at Empire Law School and San Francisco Law School, and an adjunct instructor in the evening paralegal program at Empire College of Business. She also teaches at leadership seminars and CLEs in the areas of ethics, discovery, paralegal education, and negotiations. Laura was awarded the Outstanding Educator of the Year 2011 from the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, reading, and spending time with her two sons and a lot of pets.
